Tim is a natural detective and skilled with computers. He'll be keeping a close eye on the network and be pushed to not intervene with anything criminal in nature. His abilities as both a detective and a computer nerd mean he's capable of pretty high levels of hacking and encryption (once he gets the suites), and also has the patience and drive to stalk people both off and on the network in order to gather information and keep as up to date on the people on Omega as possible.

I'll never use the information Tim gains without making sure it's okay with you as a player first!
